Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations,
2) Set timelines and milestones for data calls and projects, flowcharting of work processes, productivity charting, organizational design, calculation of statistical measures, and the ability to adapt techniques in order to evaluate productivity, efficiency and effectiveness,
3) Lead and/or participate in complex studies that require the application of a wide range of analytical and evaluative techniques,
4) Skill in preparing and delivering quality briefs to management in a timely fashion and ability to interpret technical and apply information in relation to the Public Safety Program.
