Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Experience planning and assigning all work directly to subordinates, establishing schedules and priorities for work projects, and responsible for accepting, amending, or rejecting completed work assignments.
2. Experience determining staffing and recruitment requirements, interviewing new employees, and recommending selection or rejection.
3. Experience acting on disciplinary matters and referring more serious matters to higher authority for resolution.
4. Experience providing feedback and council to subordinates on both technical and administrative matters and resolving challenges.
5. Experience providing advice to senior management officials on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program requirements, execution, and accomplishments.
6. Experience researching, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) policies and business process rules that impact the organization to ensure compliance with current regulations and directives.
7. Experience serving as the primary liaison on behalf of the organization with external entities which support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and databases.
