Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience managing a medical record activity by executing comprehensive communication and change management plans to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Experience managing contracts to include processing invoices, evaluating performance, and generating contract modification change requests.
- Experience extracting data in medical record repositories (e.g. Health Artifact Imaging and Management System (HAIMS), Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) and Veterans Administration)
- Experience complying with medical records release of information policies (e.g. Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act (HIPAA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act)
- Experience supervising internal team and contractors by assigning work, monitoring performance, interviewing, resolving complaints, and increasing productivity.
