Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience providing advice to senior leadership in the planning and execution of organizational goals and management priorities;
- Experience maintaining direct responsibility for the operation of an administrative support staff, including daily supervision of the staff;
- Experience managing administrative functions such as budget, finance, contracts, travel, HR procedures, process improvement and facilities; AND
- Experience collaborating, coordinating, or negotiating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership.
