Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing real estate procedures which include applying knowledge of directives, laws, policies, and regulations relating to Federal and Army real estate procedures associated with the leasehold acquisition of Federal real property interests; supervising a team assigned to execute the acquisition real estate interests and all associated actions, resourcing a diverse team in the execution of real estate products and services. position in the federal service (GS-12)
