For Supervisory Realty Specialist, GS-1170-13, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes performing real estate procedures which includes applying knowledge of directives, laws, policies, and regulations relating to Federal and Army real estate procedures associated with the management and disposal of Federal real property interests; supervising a team assigned to execute the acquisition of real estate interests and all associated actions; resourcing a diverse team in the execution of real estate products and services.
