Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of one year of
Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst experience performing work equivalent to the next lower grade level
(GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing system processes to recommend and/or develop corrective procedures to assist with ERP sustainment and support business process reengineering (BPR) effort in alignment with command goals. Examples of specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing supervision and leadership, dispensing advice, guidance and assistance to personnel on procedures or processes related to User Management & Training activities, Data, Reports & Visualizations and Information Technology (IT) Program/Customer Support.
2) Planning, facilitating, and monitoring the basic business of IT Customer Support within the command for Navy ERP, including Repairable Portal, Navy Data Platform (NDP), Statistical Analytical System (SAS), Tableau, electronic Retrograde Management System (eRMS) and Navy electronic Procurement System Supply (ePS SUP).
3) Analyzing existing supply policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations related to supply management programs.
4) Pulling data, creating reports & visualization projects, providing SAS support and monitoring data reliability and exchanges.
5) Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.
