Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, demonstrating mastery knowledge of, and skill in applying, policy and planning concepts/practices and interrelations of multiple IT disciplines. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1. Utilizing and understanding IT policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint network planning, execution, and assessment.
2. Applying and integrating joint lethal and non-lethal fires across a common data layer leveraging real time intelligence.
3. Developing and analyzing new policies, processes and procedures related to Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action response processes and procedures.
4. Executing information, non-kinetic, and cyber operation assessment frameworks.
5. Understanding of military command structure, military staff organization, and operations at a Combatant Command or equivalent strategic-level organization.
6. Establishing and maintaining extensive liaison with multiple Tier 0 organizations both within and outside of the DoD.
7. Negotiating effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations for command positions on extremely sensitive, highly classified and vitally important capabilities.
8. Communicating the organization's position on an issue to a broad global audience by telephone, video teleconference, and by traveling to interact personally.
