Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and creating employee training development plans (i.e.-employee professional development training to include computer-based (PC) simulation and training system acquisition planning, performance standards and annual performance assessment critical elements) and ensured individual training requirements are met; 2) Managing product delivery schedules, costs, and oversees which elements and phases require contracting, recommending contract modifications, amendments, waivers, etc. in the procurement process; 3) Facilitating short/long term goals and priorities by assigning work based on difficulty, requirements, and the skills of the employee, reviewing work for completeness and accuracy, and ensuring project deadlines are met, approving time off request, and certifying time and attendance; 4) Evaluating employee work performance and assigning annual performance ratings, recommending employee awards, bonuses and within grade increases; 5) Adjudicating work problems presented by subordinates, customers, and contractors by hearing and resolving employee complaints, executing minor disciplinary measures such as verbal and written warnings and reprimands, and escalating unresolved issues to higher leadership, and; 6) Creating, coordinating, and presenting communication verbally and in writing (e.g., letters, emails, instructions, reports, position descriptions, point papers, action plans) to convey information to higher level leadership and subordinates at interagency conferences, working groups, and briefings.
