Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships and an ability to coordinate the
objective of two or more supply programs;
2) Thorough knowledge of complex DON/DOD and Federal Supply Service directives, precedents, and other guidelines in the area of procurement, repair, supply, budget and accounting;
3) Advanced skill in identifying and analyzing extremely difficult, complex Price Challenge cases and
in developing strategies to solve these problems;
4) Comprehensive understanding of the complex inter-relationships between the supply, purchase and financial systems, to include the supply data elements;
5) Ability to identify, develop, and use/employ analysis procedures/methodologies and new or revised
local directives is required.
