Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, or techniques of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
2) Evaluating system deficiencies and providing recommendations for resolution/ enhancements;
3) Utilizing business management policies, concepts, and practices to develop recommendations for improvements to an ERP system;
4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends and reviewing System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and submitting completed forms in the workflow for approval;
5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems;
6) Creating and maintaining Navy ERP, NDP, eRMS and other IT system accounts for Government, Contractor and Vendor End Users;
7) Performing role mapping activities/analysis and assigning the required training to activate roles.
