Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: supporting weapon systems as an Equipment Specialist and Supply Systems Analyst. Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Performing technical analysis on complex problems identified by internal and external partners involved in the support of weapons systems/equipment used on FMS aircraft;
2) Analyzing logistical concerns such as material identification/substitutions, clarification of test procedures, component interchangeability and substitutability, Source, Maintenance and Recoverability code changes, response to international partner inquiries of part numbered materials, and quality deficiency reports;
3) Ensuring the quality of technical data and engineering information in various NAVSUP databases including ERP to validate consistency of data entered into files;
4) Reviewing data for consistency across weapon systems, engines, and support and test equipment records to detect trends and potential problem areas;
5) Reviewing weapon system or support/test equipment life cycle costs and developing alternative logistics support solutions to reduce supply system costs while maintaining and improving system readiness.
