Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, and/or training that has provided a basic knowledge of data processing functions and general management principles that enabled the applicant to understand the stages required to automate a work process. Experience may have been gained in work such as computer operator or assistant, computer sales representative, program analyst, or other positions that required the use or adaptation of computer programs and systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Experience and knowledge with duties associated with computer networks with primary knowledge requirements of the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats, information processing methodology, computer capabilities, processing techniques and information security techniques. Experience that covers work that manages, supervises, leads, administers, develops, delivers, and supports information technology (IT) systems and services. Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; e.g., data storage, software applications, networking.

If you are a male applicant who was born after 12/31/1959 and are required to register under the Military Selective Service Act, the Defense Authorization Act of 1986 requires that you be registered or you are not eligible for appointment in this agency (Register | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov)).
This position conducts information assurance functions. The incumbent shall comply with the requirements of the certification program and will be required to obtain and maintain certification. Certification requirements are outlined in DoD Instruction 8140
This position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration. Head of Agency requests to exceed 14 days in a calendar year must be approved in advance by the National Guard, Director of Manpower and Personnel (NGB-J1.)

Required Documents
1. Detailed resume to include employer, job title with to and from dates, duties, responsibilities, and experience gained in each position held. Resumes cannot be more than two pages in length. If the resume provided is longer than two pages, it will not move forward in the qualification process. - Former Federal Employees separated from Federal Government over a year ago: Your separation Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50 or equivalent) showing your permanent status and your last Federal performance appraisal plan/rating. You must submit an SF-50(s) that shows permanent career or career conditional tenure to be considered (No award SF-50 will be accepted). Your last Federal performance appraisal plan must reflect a rating of Fully Successful or equivalent.
