Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
- Assess risk to personnel and property to develop risk strategies;
- Develop and recommend safety and occupational health policy to higher levels of management to mitigate potential new hazards, and
- Interpret federal construction regulations to develop local procedures for compliance.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
