MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level(s) in which you are applying:
Specialized Experience at the GS-06: One or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties:
- scheduling appointments, meetings and conferences;
- preparing and reviewing outgoing correspondence to ensure proper format; and
- proofreading and editing correspondence and documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format.
Specialized Experience at the GS-07: One or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties:
- Using software to create various documents, reports and correspondences;
- Screening all calls and routing important matters to managers; and
- assisting with procuring supplies, equipment, and services for an organization.
