About the Position:

IMCOM is responsible for managing the everyday functions of Army installations. We ensure a safe and secure environment for those living and working within these bases. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Security Guards. This role provides a unique opportunity to serve and protect vital assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other threats.
• Control access for vehicles and pedestrians using verification tools.
• Conduct and manage vehicle and area patrols.
• Perform searches and inspections when necessary.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations as a first responder.

Requirements:

• Must qualify for and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to mission-essential duties that may require overtime.
• Pass annual medical evaluations and maintain physical readiness through agility tests.
• Proficient with firearms and must pass recurring weapons qualification tests.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid, with potential responsibilities as a first responder.
• Meet all training and certification requirements for security and protective systems.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in security or protective services, such as work with federal, state, or private organizations.
• Experience in managing the safety of life and property.

Note: This is a drug testing designated position and involves wearing standardized uniforms.
