Specialized experience is defined as at least one year performing ALL of the following duties at the next lower grade level (DE-02/GS 11):
1) Providing recommendations to headquarters on current foreign disclosure policies and the impact on the organization's mission;
2) Develops National Disclosure policy guidance for program protection plans, security cooperation cases, and fielding of all organizational products in support of acquisition efforts with foreign partners; and
3) Minimize damage caused by incidents by accurately reviewing incident reports of misconduct, reporting misconduct as required and support formal investigations of misconduct to maintain the integrity of the National Disclosure program.
