You qualify for the
GS-09 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the
GS-07 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
- Providing support to a seized property management function by locating physical storage facilities;
- Accounting for seized property through an automated system; and
- Preparing reports for management or court cases.
OR
Education: A master's degree (or equivalent graduate degree such as a L.L.B/J.D.) or 2 academic years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of successfully completed education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.
You qualify for the
GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the
GS-09 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
- Assisting with providing custody, management and disposition of seized and forfeited property by overseeing their receipt, security, transportation, and review of appraised value; and
- Assisting with determining liens, quick-sale, storage, inventory, maintenance, modification, refurbishment, upgrade, and final disposition of seized and forfeited property.
OR
Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of successfully completed education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.
