- This is a Critical Acquisition Position. This position requires a Program Management, Advanced, acquisition certification. The incumbent has 48 months to achieve this certification." In signing such agreement, the employee does not forfeit any employment rights, nor does such an agreement alter any other terms or conditions of employment.
Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Technical Qualifications (TQ) related to this position within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Do NOT submit a separate narrative statement specifically addressing the Technical Qualifications (TQs).
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications:
TQ 1: Expert knowledge is required in key maintenance and operations and support information systems such as War Data Platform/Jupiter. Proficiency in data base extraction and usage through the use of various information technology software programs, such as Databricks, Qlik and Foundry to compile organize and synthesize data into information.
TQ 2: Mastery knowledge is required in the concepts, principles, and methods of analytical analysis to conduct root cause analysis of submarine readiness gaps, seams and issues across each PESTONI pillar to include their interactions and relationship to acquisition, platform and crew
certifications, and cost drivers associated with legacy submarine readiness systems.
Time in grade is not required for Senior Level (SL) position.
