Conditions of employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- You must submit to a drug test and receive a negative drug test before you can be appointed into this position. Designated and/or Random Drug Testing required.
- You may be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- The individual selected will be required to file an Executive Branch Personnel Financial Disclosure Report (OGE-278) in accordance with the Ethics in Government Act of 1978.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the
Mandatory Technical Qualifications, and other qualifications, if applicable, listed below.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) within your resume. Your resume
must be no more than 2-pages using no less than 10-point font with no less than 1-inch margins all around to describe your qualifications.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (MTQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy mandatory technical qualifications.
TQ 1. In-depth knowledge and experience advising senior technology leaders and/or DoW or commercial healthcare CIOs on successful, full lifecycle technical implementations in direct support of MHS IT projects and major IT programs.
TQ 2. Demonstrated ability in advising on deployment of secure networking solutions at the enterprise level that may reduce cyber security threats, fill cyber capability gaps, and manage Zero Trust architecture and offensive/defensive cyber operations.
