Qualifications
1. Work experience directing/managing one or more FMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison, or similar civilian community for at least one year.
2. Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Best Qualified Criteria
1. Possess a minimum of five (5) years' experience in NAF accounting and have demonstrated proficiency in financial statements, balance sheet reviews, and knowledge of the General Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).
2. Possess minimum of five (5) years' experience with APF and NAF funding sources and the Uniform Funding and Management (UFM) practice.
3. Possess a minimum of five (5) years' experience at Garrison or one level higher (ie. Directorate or HQ) with FMWR Command Support Function, to include IT, CPMC, NAFMC, marketing and asset management.
4. Possess a minimum of five (5) years' experience briefing senior leadership on financial data to include regularly preparing, coordinating, and delivering financial briefings and presentations.
