To qualify for the GS 12: the applicant must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level, or equivalent, which includes ALL of the following:
- Developing, examining, investigating, adjudicating, authorizing, or otherwise administering claims for medical disability programs.
- Applying vocational policies regarding the ability to perform past and other work in making disability determinations.
- Making final medical and vocational disability determinations at the initial, reconsideration, or continuing disability review level.
Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
