Duties
- Supports activities and services of the athletics and intramural sports program. Provides oversight of events and tournaments. Ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures. Provides outstanding customer service.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of athletic facilities. Monitors condition of, cleans, and performs minor maintenance on athletics equipment.
- Assists in setting up for special events and sports tournaments. Assists with publicity of events and tournaments, and with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers, and other promotional material.
- Assists and communicates with customers in a positive and friendly manner. Solves problems quickly. Alerts higher-level supervisor for help when problems arise. Reports workplace hazards, injuries, occupational illness, and/or property damage.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds independently.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects over 45 pounds with assistance.
- Must be able to endure physical demands beyond normal requirements including prolonged standing and walking.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.
2. Must be able to obtain a nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

HIGHLY PREFERRED:
1. One year of full-time work experience in the sports and fitness industry.
2. Current nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
