In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Experience working with large datasets and data entry systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Ability to apply basic statistical methods and assist with compiling reports.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS and SAS.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies or errors.
- Capable of interpreting numerical data and producing summaries or charts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with analysts, researchers, and other team members.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security standards.
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity when handling sensitive data and information.
