Requirements
Conditions of Employment
Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
Education
Applicants must be currently enrolled or have completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field of academic study, such as criminal justice, criminology, psychology, sociology, human relations, education, or business or public administration. Preference will be given to student who are currently attending graduate studies.

Qualified applicants MUST submit ALL the following documents to be considered:
- Resume.
- Cover letter outlining qualifications and employment history.
- A one-page statement indicating the knowledge, skills, and abilities you believe you possess which will match the needs of the office and of the position.
- AO-78 - Federal Judicial Branch Application for Employment (PDF Version).
