The assessment questionnaire is designed to measure your ability in the following competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs):
1.) Knowledge of research methods, techniques and tools
2.) Skill in the use of automated and computer-based systems and programs.
3.) Ability to maintain office files and records in accordance with established procedures.
4.) Knowledge of the International Ombuds Association Standards of Conduct and Practice, including the role, mission, and applicable methods used by an Ombuds.
5.) Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodologies related to mediation and conflict resolution.
6.) Ability to communicate in writing.
You do not need to respond separately to these KSAs. Your answers to the online questionnaire and resume will serve as responses to the KSAs.
