Summary

This position is located in a Field Office of the National Labor Relations Board. This position is established as a "trainee position", assisting the region with case handling work including investigating representations petitions, unfair labor practice charges, and handling election proceedings. Assignments are closely monitored and developmental.

Clarification from the agency

Applications will be accepted from any U.S. Citizen. This position is part of the Pathways Program and is open to current students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a qualifying educational institution and enrolled at least half-time. Students must be enrolled or accepted for Spring 2022 semester. Verification of enrollment will be required and confirmed before a tentative offer is extended.
