Familiarity with Federal regulations. Ensure that the work and contractor oversight comply with federal laws, regulations, and agency-specific policies (e.g., safety regulations, environmental standards), and contract management processes.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Expert knowledge of Federal administration practices relative to Agency operations.
- Expert knowledge of Federal travel regulations as required to facilitate the travel process.
- Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methodology to gather data and make in-depth evaluation and analyses of situations, issues, and programs; possess skills to recommend solutions that are unique and outside the scope of current practices and guidelines as needed.
- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of various software packages (e.g., Microsoft Windows, SharePoint, Calendar, Microsoft Word, Access database management, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel) to create and revise a wide range of documents, automated records, databases, and slides.
