This position is covered by the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. CEP/CP selectees will be required to certify eligibility.
This position is covered under P.L. 92-297 for good time/early retirement purposes.
Requirement for Security Clearance: Selection and placement are contingent upon waiver or completion of satisfactory security requirements
Supervisory/Managerial Probationary Period Requirement: One-year supervisory/managerial probationary period may be required.
Selectee must pass a medical exam and/or maintain a medical clearance.
