- Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, and email,
- Official position title,
- Employer name and contact information,
- Start and end dates (including month and year),
- Hours per week worked,
- A detailed list of duties performed, accomplishments.

Please, verify during the application process on the "application review page" that you have uploaded the appropriate documentation, and your resume contains the required information for each job entry listed as stated in the required documents section of the vacancy announcement. Required, if applicable: CTAP/ICTAP documentation (a copy of a separation notice or other proof of eligibility for priority selection; a copy of an SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action, showing current position, grade, promotion potential, and duty location; AND a copy of your most recent performance appraisal.
