MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
GS-15: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level.
Examples of specialized experience at the GS-15 grade level
- At the C-Suite level, leading the direction and management of health information technology customers experience, enterprise assets, digital communications, enterprise software application and information technology lifecycle;
- Oversee large ($100M+) information technology projects/programs with multiple deliverables in a healthcare environment;
- Integrate and troubleshoot products with new or existing products.

SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR
This position requires Federal Acquisitions Contracting, Contract Officer Representative-Level III Certification (FAC-COR, Level Ill)
and Federal Acquisitions Contracting, Program and Project Management Senior Level Certification (FAC-PPM, SR Level) certifications.
