In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
GS-14
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes meeting all of the following: 1) Experience providing oversight and direction of varying Engineering Technical Support Functions AND, 2) Experience working with other local, state, and federal agencies regarding project changes AND, 3) Experience advising on matters relating to engineering studies and designs AND, 4) Experience leading or supervising engineers, land surveyors, data scientists, and geographers involved in multi-discipline civil works projects This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
