You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Applying advanced concepts, principles, practices, and regulations pertaining to the field of logistics management related to weapon system project/programs; 2) Logistics Contract Experience to support requirements, Budget planning/execution; and 3) Providing leadership or managing logistics supply and maintenance, weapon system programming and allocation while overseeing materiel acquisition policy to integrate the separate logistics functions.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent NH-03/GS-13.
