You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
FACILITIES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
FACILITIES/PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY
LEADERSHIP
PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) managing the maintenance and repair of facility requirements and activities; 2) formulating recommendations regarding facilities maintenance, readiness, and planning; 3) conducting briefings to schedule shop operations and work flow; 4) allocating resources for the maintenance mission; 5) monitoring production, quality, and customer service; 6) providing developmental training needed or required.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone --
no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
