The incumbent directs front-office operations and integrates strategic initiatives across the enterprise, establishing the structures, integrated communications, and synchronized battle rhythms necessary to execute mission priorities at scale. By combining exceptional technical credibility with sound operational discipline, this leader turns complex, cross-functional challenges into compelling, decision-ready products, overseeing special projects and managing resource governance to enable senior leaders to resolve critical issues proactively before they impact global mission execution.

Operating as a senior technical authority, the incumbent provides authoritative expertise across assigned Space Staff programs, identifies systemic operating problems, resolves conflicting priorities, and shapes strategic communications, high-level staff papers, and executive products to govern the executive battle rhythm and support senior leader decision-making. Requiring exceptional communication skills, sharp interpersonal judgment, adaptability, and the discretion to handle sensitive information, the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, meet special-sensitive position requirements, and operate effectively under travel and unscheduled overtime demands.
