Specialized experience includes providing operational oversight and directing medical administration programs in a medical center/healthcare facility; collecting, reviewing and interpreting data to create reports; communicating with internal and external stakeholders via telephone, personal meetings, and in written correspondence to provide technical guidance to meet legal and administrative requirements related to the care and treatment of patients; interpreting policies, directives, and laws; supervising and evaluating the work of subordinates; and making improvement recommendations to leadership. IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates.
