Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in healthcare administration, which includes managing patient scheduling, medical records, and healthcare documentation; utilizing healthcare software for patient data management, addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high-quality service; extracting and analyzing healthcare data to support. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
In addition to meeting the specialized experience above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirement listed Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors.
