Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Lead law enforcement operations personnel. 2) Plan work to be accomplished by law enforcement subordinates, 3) Evaluate work performance of law enforcement staff, 4) Provide training to law enforcement personnel to assure that staff are properly trained including on-the-job training AND 5) Assign work to law enforcement personnel
. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09 or above.
