Qualifications
Progressively responsible experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
Must have exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution and be able to supervise the work of others.
A two (2) year degree (AA) with a major emphasis in hospitality management or closely related field may be substitute for some of the required experience.
Experience in attraction sales and guest services is desirable.
If using education as a qualification, transcripts must be uploaded at the time of application.
