Supervisory Sexual Assault Prevention Coordinator

Join our team as a Supervisory Sexual Assault Prevention Coordinator where you will provide leadership, direction, and guidance for our integrated prevention program. This critical role involves working closely with military and civilian agencies to support victim resources and services, and coordinating prevention efforts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program in your assigned area.
  • Communicate directly with the installation Commander to provide updates and support SAPR program requirements.
  • Serve as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) in deployed environments.
  • Identify and address program needs and present recommendations to influence policy compliance.
  • Liaise with military and civilian agencies to enhance victim support systems.
  • Develop and promote SAPR public awareness campaigns and local events.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of Navy and civilian resources for sexual assault victims.

Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Pass all applicable background checks and employment verifications.
  • Degree in behavioral or social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in the behavioral or social sciences.
