PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK CONDITIONS: The working conditions are similar to other administrative type positions which involve desk work. Employee is required to visit work sites and construction sites to perform inspections and/or to provide technical assistance or consultation on more complicated problems. Employee also responds to emergencies during normal working hours as well as weekends, holidays and off tours such as floods, fires, power failures, etc. when required.
Work involves primarily administrative functions in the areas of planning, coordination and inspection which do not require physical or fatiguing effort. The most strenuous phase of any job involves visiting job sites for inspection and/or coordination to assure completion in a minimum amount of time. Limited use of tools and equipment in situations of emergent nature.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment.
