Supply Technician

Join our team as a Supply Technician and contribute to managing essential supply activities in support of the TN Army National Guard. This role involves overseeing various supply chain functions including inventory control, storage, distribution, and property utilization using different systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support inventory control, storage, distribution, cataloging, and property utilization.
• Review and process procurements using both STAMIS and vendor-based websites.
• Develop and apply standards for managing referred transactions.
• Analyze ASL and contingency stock management.
• Evaluate vendor reports to track expenditure destinations.
• Classify and manage stocks across various supply categories.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

General Experience: Experience or training in supply operations including decision making based on situational analysis. Familiarity with basic supply rules and operations.

Specialized Experience: At least 12 months of specialized experience or equivalent related to supply management. Knowledge of supply regulations, conducting information searches, reconstructing supply records, and supporting specialized supply activities.

Requirements

• Eligibility for federal employment through a background investigation.
• Potential probationary period completion.
• Participation in direct deposit.
• Completion of a Baseline Pre-Placement Screening within 30 days of appointment.
• Possession or ability to obtain security clearance.
• Valid driver’s license if required for the operation of motor vehicles.
