In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-09 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Specialized experience includes:
1) Evaluating current work processes, solve complex problems and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations;
2) Managing automated information systems to identify and investigate operational problems;
3) Utilizing library automated information systems to categorize, summarize, or locate engineering or other specialized technical information;
4) Applying U.S. Military Standards and Specifications and Industry standards to a wide range of technical library functions to include acquisition, circulation, and on-line public access catalogs.
