GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1.) Utilizing a wide range of communications, networks, computers, and communications systems management principles, concepts, techniques, practices, and procedures to enable the incumbent to accomplish integrated telecommunications support planning, development, programming, budgeting, and implementation;
2.) Providing Tactical Data Link technical support, training, and advice to foreign militaries in support of exercise planning and execution to include assisting and coordinating U.S. exercise planners to facilitate combined communications interoperability;
3.) Reviewing, analyzing, and resolving difficult and complex telecommunications problems to support joint/combined command interfacing with national level agencies;
4.) Managing and implementing large scale projects using knowledge of Multi-Tactical Data Link network architectures and Joint Data Network systems.
GS-12:

1.) Assisting with a wide range of communications, networks, computers, and communications systems management principles, concepts, techniques, practices, and procedures to enable the incumbent to accomplish integrated telecommunications;
2.) Working knowledge of Multi-Tactical Data Link network architectures and Joint Data Network systems;
3.) Interfacing with national level agencies and internation activities;
4.) Participate in planning process as Tactical Data Link Specialist.
