For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Applicant's resume must demonstrate the following specialized experience:
Experience with expert knowledge of Military Sealift Command organizational missions, objectives, and procedures, along with understanding the relationship and support requirements of other program codes and the regulatory framework governing civilian maritime training.
Experience performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data related to new employee ship training.
Experience mastering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program outcomes, career development assistance, and data tracking.
Experience with operational roles within the Maritime Industry, with the ability to translate this experience into practical training strategies.
Experience administering resiliency training in line with established programs and industry best practices.
Experience applying processes with a high degree of skill, including curriculum management, instructor qualification and professional development, training record management, employee training documentation, and competency management.
Experience applying knowledge of education and learning theories, principles, methods, practices, as well as the administration, policies, and procedures related to civilian mariners.
