Your resume must demonstrate at least one-year specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Maintaining and updating transportation regulations and providing entitlement counseling;
2) Conducting inspections on personal property shipments;
3) Establishing transit times and preparing applications for shipment and/or storage; and
4) Responding to customer inquiries via walk-in, telephone calls, e-mails or correspondence.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The work is primarily sedentary, requiring sitting, some standing, walking, bending, pulling, and carrying light items such as paper-filled binders. No special physical demands are required. Incumbent may be required to travel to other personal property satellite offices within the region.
Driving during inclement weather may be required, and could include distances up to 200 miles per day. Possess valid US Drivers license and obtain/possess Government vehicle operator permit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
