Duties
- Sells tickets for sporting and special events.
- Dispenses tickets to a variety of entertainment and attractions on and off the installation.
- Provides customers with advice, assistance and detailed information concerning seating for events.
- Assists with special arrangements for disabled patrons.
- Receives money, makes change, transacts credit and card sales as necessary. Performs administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, establishing maintaining records and completing DARs, etc.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 and a Child Care Tier 1 background investigation is required.
- Must be available to work Thursday - Sunday 9:00am until 5:30pm and weekends and holidays.
- Work hours and workdays are subject to change depending on the needs of the department.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Work experience which includes cash accountability; dealing with the general public; and performing clerical functions or related education.
2. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.
