Qualifications
MINIMUM CRITERIA:1. Experience which involved dealing with the general public and performing financial transactions.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA:
1. Proven work experience and extensive knowledge of all Hawaiian Islands, including accommodations, attractions, and activities. Ability to provide advice to customers regarding where to stay, what to see, and what to do on the islands.
2. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in booking travel arrangements with airlines, hotels, car rentals, and cruise lines via phone or online for both Hawaiian Islands and abroad travel.
3. Must possess effective communication skills with customers and reservation agencies. Experience advising guidelines and requirements.
4. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
5. At least one (1) year of experience using computer programs, point-of-sale (POS) systems, or reservation system.
