What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management or a related field AND three years of experience in the occupation or in a related field such as vending, retail, or food distribution;
- OR a combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates possession of the knowledge and skills equivalent to those typically gained through the degree and experience described above;
- OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.
- At least two years of supervisory experience is required, within a large-scale vending, retail, or food distribution environment.
- Must show the ability to manage, plan, coordinate, and achieve goals and financial objectives for a large, complex business operation. This includes analyzing financial reports and connecting performance data to operational outcomes.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience coaching and partnering with teams across multiple sites is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
