You must be able to us e the following welding processes: Shielded Metal Arc Welding(SMAW), Metal-Arc Inert Gas Welding(MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Gas Metal Arc Welding(GMAW), Flux Core Arc Welding(FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding(GTAW), Oxygen Acetylene Welding(OAW), Torch Brazing(TB), Torch Soldering(TS).
You must be able to setup and operate related tooling such as air drills, electric hammers, electric drills, benders, presses, grinders, anchor drills, sanders, chippers, drill presses, shears, iron workers, automatic bandsaw and other related tooling.
Must be able to weld in all positions: vertical, horizontal, overhead, and flat.
Must be able to weld any thickness metal and all joint types : butt, fillet, plug, and all variations of same.
Must be able to weld pipe, all sizes, and thicknes s, high and low pressure.
Must be able to use the following cutting processes: Oxygen Fuel Cutting (OFC), Cutting (OFC), Carbon Arc Cutting (CAC), and Plasma Arc Cutting (PAC).
